Scope of Works
Refurbishment following Fire Damage
The works comprised the refurbishment of offices and laboratory areas to the ground, first and second floors areas, subsequent to major fire damage.
The works included;
New distribution system.
New main and supplementary earth bonding.
New lighting installation.
New emergency lighting installation.
New power and socket outlets.
New electrical supplies to Mechanical equipment
New fire alarm system including PA system
New telephone and data
New Intruder Alarm system
Testing and commissioning.
The works had to be carefully programmed so as to accommodate a continuous staff recant from one area to another.
