5 floor fit out to create an open plan office, completed within 10 weeks.
Winters work included a full refit to Consultants design, including;
- Lighting, including lighting control system.
- Small power systems including underfloor power track & dado systems.
- UPS system.
- Mechanical supplies.
- Modifications & additions to the fire alarm system.
