Refurbishment and alterations to a building in Earls Court, Warwick Road
Winters carried out the electrical refurbishment of an existing building in Earls Court, the building is an aparthotel for Starwood Capital.
The project comprises of the refurbishment of the building for Willmott Dixon, which accommodates a mix of aparthotel and residential units over ten floors. The works included alterations to the layout of many of the floors, and a complete electrical rewire of the lighting and power. All 307 rooms were refurbished, including some residential and commercial areas.
