Winters Dragon Boat Team, Achieve a Big Improvement on Last Year
The Charity Dragon Boat Race, was at Tailgate Park in September this year, and Winters raised over £1,750.00 for chosen local charity, St Catharine’s Hospice.
The event that, Winters have supported and entered a team for the last two years, this year involved 28 teams, formed mainly from local businesses, and all competing to win the coveted Dragon Boat trophy.
The team from Vines BMW came first overall, beating Harwoods and Search, who finished second and third respectively, with Winters finished a commendable 10th out of the 28 teams.
