Fit Out of Major Office Development
The contract covers a £4.5 million electrical design and fitout of large sections of the riverside office building, it also includes a difficult and complex refurbishment of the landlords main LV panel, which needs to be undertaken, whilst keeping the occupied areas as fully operational. The fitout scope includes the complete strip out and refit of the electrical services to 7 floors of office areas, also the core and reception areas to all 11 floors. The works include new lighting, small power, Simmtronic lighting control, emergency lighting, fire alarm, CCTV, disable refuge, and lightening protection systems.
